John has been an entrepreneur beginning at age 23, when he independently opened a successful music school. Student count grew from 4 to 120 in six months with the school attracting some of the most renowned musicians in the city as instructors. While managing the music school, he sold musical instruments and also purchased and operated a for-fee parking lot business. With a financial base secured through liquidation of his businesses, John relocated to the U.S. in 1996, establishing Art of Healing.
John's international experience delivers powerful results to his Atlanta clientele, from youth to senior citizens, by focusing on the integration of care and prevention for mind, body and spirit. More than 1000 current clients currently come to John for treatment. His passion is to treat people to get well as fast as possible. Some of John's patients are people who have been told they need cervical or lumbar surgery, who after several treatments have gone back to their physician to find the procedure is no longer necessary. John is regularly published in the Atlanta Brazilian Newspaper. He recently became certified to practice dry needling which, like acupuncture, is a major part of his practice.
